Inflection Point Partners is the brain child of Jason Truss and Shannon Truss. After years in the business (Jason) and nonprofit (Shannon) worlds, we were longing for meaningful work that aligns with our values. What better avenue than helping others achieve their goals?

My Inflection Point
As a founding Executive Director, my experience was that the day-to-day was manageable until it wasn’t. The organization experienced healthy growth, but I reached a point where I was occupied by the details instead of taking in the big picture. Thankfully, Jason stopped me and asked if I was using data to guide decisions. I paused and pulled together some charts — and in the process I realized the value of a different point of view.
I long to help other leaders discern what steps will lead to a healthy work/life balance and mission-focused growth. An organization thrives when its leader thrives.
